Vision

Confucius Institute at AUF envisions to emerge as one of the key providers of Chinese Language course and culture, teaching resources, and services in the Philippines.

Mission

Confucius Institute at AUF’s mission is to provide the Philippines with a common platform in learning Chinese language and culture, train Filipinos to become mandarin teachers, and enhance the communication link between the Filipino and Chinese communities all over the Philippines.

Goals

Confucius Institute at Angeles University Foundation is committed to:

  • Promote the teaching of Chinese language and culture through Mandarin classes, calligraphy, Wushu, Chinese summer camps, and China bridge programs;
  • Spearhead joint projects with local Chinese communities and partner institutions in China through scholarships and study abroad programs;
  • Showcase contemporary Chinese popular art and media during the China Experience Exhibits and road shows;
  • Deepen diplomatic ties between the Philippines and China by commemorating anniversaries, holidays and festivals; and
  • Emerge as the nerve center of Chinese resources and information due to the library collection donated by Chinese Ministry of Education.
